My name is Wardell Hooks Jr. A decade ago, I had a dream to serve the most flavorful, tender, and juiciest barbeque of all time. We started our path doing backyard BBQs and chefs' tailgate parties which lead to catering, weddings, and everything in between. Our goal is to not only cater an event but make sure you won't be disappointed with not only the quality of food we bring but the presentation as well. Off The Hook BBQ offers catering and food truck service throughout the Kansas City area.

One of the newest eateries to hit the KC BBQ scene is Off The Hook.

Located in Gladstone, this former part-time food truck is now a full-fledged restaurant serving up all your favorite BBQ fare, like ribs, meat platters, and sandwiches. Plus, wings, mac & cheese, breakfast burritos, quesadillas, and more!

Highly recommend the loaded baked potato and the cheeseburger. Will definitely be going back to try more things!
